When done well, place-making and planning is visionary, inspirational, and transformational. The COVID-19 pandemic has, among other things, shone a light of inequalities and resulted in a renewed focus on healthy place-making, to help reduce inequalities and create thriving places for the future. In the context of the latest planning reform agenda, the TCPA’s Spring Conference will discuss ambitions for visionary placemaking moving forward.
