Toolkit: Long-term stewardship in new communities

The TCPA has produced a series of practical online resources to assist those who are planning for long-term stewardship in their area.

The toolkit is designed primarily for local authorities and their private sector delivery partners who are planning for new and renewed communities at scale. However, much of the information and key learning is relevant to anyone considering the role of long-term stewardship in their area. The toolkit is a live resource, with new content being added throughout 2022, 2023 and 2024.
