Teenagers and young people have lots of knowledge about their neighbourhoods and spaces, but too often no-one asks them what they think.

Designed to involve young people in the making and managing of their neighbourhoods, the Voice Opportunity Power youth engagement toolkit is a free resource written by ZCD Architects and supported by Grosvenor, the TCPA and Sport England.

Coinciding with the Great Big Green Week, this webinar explore the transformation of one of London’s oldest public squares, using Voice Opportunity Power to engage young people in creating an extraordinary green space with exemplary environmental credentials.

The webinar will include the perspectives of developer Grosvenor, child and youth engagement specialists MATT+FIONA and a young adult who took part in the work themselves.

This event will be of interest to developers, designers, planners and sustainability professionals concerned with how to amplify youth voices in projects and how to create opportunities for meaningful participation.
