Refunds and cancellation policy Events We will give refunds in full if cancellation is made more than seven days prior to the event. Refunds for cancellations less than seven days before the event will be at our sole discretion. Event bookings may be transferred to a colleague any time up to the start of the event. Please try to let us know as soon as possible in advance of the event so we can update our delegate list. If the event you have booked is cancelled by us you will also be entitled to a full refund. Our liability will be limited to the face value of your booking. If this event is a webinar, please note that it will be broadcast using Zoom software. Please make sure you carry out a Test Meeting in advance of the webinar to test your system compatibility, internet connection and audio settings ahead of time to ensure you are able to join. You can do this here. Please also make sure your IT department will allow the use of Zoom as we will not be able to provide refunds if you cannot join for technical reasons. Refunds will usually be made my BACS. Membership You have the right to cancel your membership up to 14 days after your membership is confirmed. Refunds for cancelled membership after this time will be at the discretion of TCPA. Refunds for membership renewal payments taken by direct debit will be given up to one month after the payment date. Between one and three months after payment is taken, refunds will be at the discretion of the TCPA. No refunds will be given if more than three months have elapsed since the payment date. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms.
