Healthy Homes fact checker

This resource is part of a collection called Campaign for Healthy Homes.

This first fact checker, examines why certain house builders push back against policies and standards that aim to improve the quality of new homes by claiming that higher standards cost more and slow down housing delivery. This short briefing dispels those myths and shows how delivering Healthy Homes is both technically feasible and viable.

This is followed by our second fact checker which considers whether volume housebuilders will deliver the target of 1.5million homes proposed by the Government.
